Toronto 2011: Intandem Chalks Up Foreign Sales For Rob Heydon's 'Ecstasy'
TORONTO
Through a deal with Germany ’s Senator Films, Ecstasy will also be distributed to a number of German-speaking territories.
Heydon's $5 million film, based on Welsh's follow up novel to Trainspotting and starring Kristin Kreuk and Billy Boyd, was first shopped to buyers at Cannes , and now in Toronto .
Ecstasy will have its world premiere at the Atlantic Film Festival, and is expected to screen at the London Film Festival in October.
